SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the Nashville Cheap Flights text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Nashville Cheap Flights ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
The Nashville Cheap Flights SMS program is available exclusively to active paid members who have purchased the SMS add-on.
Subscribers receive text messages featuring exceptional airfare deals departing primarily from Nashville International Airport (BNA), along with occasional messages about new features, membership benefits, gift memberships, travel-related promotions, partner offers we believe may be valuable to our members, service announcements, and other information related to Nashville Cheap Flights.
Our goal is to send only timely, high-value messages that we believe are worth your attention. We intentionally limit our communications and strive to notify members only when we identify exceptional opportunities or have important information to share.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on available airfare opportunities and service updates.
Most members can expect approximately 3–5 messages per week, although actual frequency may vary.
We will not intentionally send more than two (2) SMS messages in a single calendar day.
3. Cost
Access to SMS alerts is available only to members who purchase the SMS add-on.
In addition to any applicable add-on fee, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's wireless plan.
You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
4. Opting In
You may enroll in the SMS program only by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in during the membership registration or account management process.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is required only if you choose to purchase the optional SMS add-on. Consent is not required to purchase or maintain a Nashville Cheap Flights email membership.
5. Opting Out
You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been removed from future SMS communications.
Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your paid membership or email subscriptions.

7. Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free message delivery.
8. No Guarantee of Delivery
SMS is provided as a convenience to eligible members. Delivery of text messages depends on your wireless carrier, device, network availability, and other factors outside of our control.
We do not guarantee the timely delivery or receipt of any message and are not responsible for missed airfare opportunities resulting from delayed, failed, filtered, or undelivered text messages.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and ensuring their devices are capable of receiving SMS messages.
9. Eligibility
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll that number in our SMS program.
10. Privacy
Your use of the SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy and do not sell your mobile phone number.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide our messaging services.
11. Changes to the SMS Program
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time.
Any updated SMS Terms will become effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise stated.
Your continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
