All travel purchases are completed directly with airlines or third-party travel providers.
3. Definitions

"Content" means all materials made available by Nashville Cheap Flights through the Services, including, without limitation, flight deals, airfare alerts, destination information, travel recommendations, articles, blog posts, images, graphics, logos, branding, videos, downloadable materials, website content, member-only content, email communications, SMS messages, mobile notifications, and any other text, media, or information we create, curate, license, or distribute.
"Services" means the Nashville Cheap Flights website, memberships, email alerts, SMS alerts, mobile communications, and any related products, features, or services we provide.

5. Billing and Renewals
Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until cancelled.
Prices may change in the future. If pricing changes affect an existing subscription, we will provide advance notice before the new pricing takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not typically result in a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated by us.
After cancellation, membership benefits remain available through the end of the paid subscription period.
7. Refunds
Because members receive immediate access to premium content and time-sensitive airfare alerts, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
8. Flight Deal Disclaimer
Airfare prices change constantly.
The deals we share:
may expire without notice
may sell out quickly
may change in price
may contain airline restrictions
may be available only on certain dates
We cannot guarantee that any airfare will still be available when you attempt to book it.
The responsibility for completing a booking rests solely with you and the airline or travel provider.
9. Travel Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
verifying prices
passport requirements
visas
travel documents
airline policies
baggage fees
schedule changes
health requirements
travel insurance
compliance with applicable laws
We encourage all travelers to review airline policies before booking.
10. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
11. Personal Use License

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Reply HELP for assistance.
Your participation in SMS messaging is also governed by our SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nashville Cheap Flights and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

You and Nashville Cheap Flights each waive any right to a trial by jury.
You and Nashville Cheap Flights further agree that all claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding.
If any portion of this Class Action Waiver is determined to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Arbitration Agreement shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have:
Violated these Terms;
Shared subscriber-only content in violation of your membership;
Engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
Attempted to circumvent security measures or access restrictions;
Submitted our proprietary content to artificial intelligence systems or automated data collection tools without authorization;
Abused our customer support personnel or other members;
Initiated fraudulent or abusive chargebacks or payment disputes; or
Otherwise used our Services in a manner that may harm Nashville Cheap Flights, our members, or our business.
Termination under this section may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect our Services or intellectual property.
Nothing in these Terms limits our right to pursue any other remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief or monetary damages where appropriate.
